Delaware officials say dirt removal corresponds with rebound in tilting bridge columns

DOVER, Del. — With a massive mound of dirt being removed from underneath a closed interstate bridge in Delaware, the columns that were tilting seemed to have rebounded slightly, officials said Monday.
