South Dakota attorney general charges US Senate candidate Bosworth of violating election laws

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has filed charges accusing defeated U.S. Senate candidate Annette Bosworth of six counts of perjury and six counts of filing false documents related to election campaign laws.
