I'm an old Minnesota boy who grew up and went away and joined the Army and am now retired from the military after traveling around the globe for twenty+ years. I grilled chicken breasts just this past week-end to rave reviews. My wife puts them in a pot of water, brings it to a boil and removes them as soon as it hits a boil (usually just a few minutes), then I put them on the grill on foil for a couple of turns, and then finish them on the bare grill with BBQ sauce. They will be moist as long as you do not overcook them. Enjoy!
