Supreme Court blocks free-speech lawsuit against Secret Service agents

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court ruled Monday that a group of protesters could not bring free-speech claims against two Secret Service agents who were guarding President George W. Bush during a 2004 campaign trip to Oregon.
