Twin Cities are No. 1 in volunteers

Minneapolis has secured the top spot among 50 major U.S. cities for the number of adults who volunteer in their community.

mn allows peopl to pay off their fines and charges by doing volunteer community services,also halfway houses residents out of jail/prison do the same-is this true volunteering or just a lie to get first spot-THE MN NICEY
