Former Wisconsin bishop pleads guilty to killing jogger in drunken crash

MADISON, Wis. — A former Lutheran bishop pleaded guilty Tuesday to killing a jogger in a drunken crash, under a deal with prosecutors that could send him to prison for up to 15 years.
