New Jersey traffic jam panel weighs next steps after judge rules in favor of Christie ex-aides

TRENTON, N.J. — The New Jersey panel that found the incriminating email — "time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee" — at the heart of a traffic jam scandal that now threatens Gov. Chris Christie's political ambitions is reviewing its options after a setback by a judge.
