If I was a resident of Minneapolis I would be peeved my money was being spent on ridiculously priced drinking fountains. I would also be peeved my water was funky. Maybe it's time to revise this idiotic scheme Mayor Rybak? Maybe put the money towards fixing more important city issues first?

Besides being downright un drinkable, I watched a fountain last week in the area near the Stone Arch Bridge. A woman took her two dogs and placed them on the fountain and she and her dogs were drinking from the fountain. Since I was not sure what else they were doing, I have not nor will I drink from that fountain again. I hope the mayor likes his water--he can have it all!

It seems like Minneapolis just can't do anything right. They are launching a compain to get people to drink more water and days later the water tastes like baby corn water. It is seriously disgusting! We keep laying people off and raising city taxes and what do we get for it? 10 pretty fountains that dispence icky water. I know how I'm voting next election.

Very simple, you people in Minneapolis are being governed by a crack pot plain and simple. I think the mayor of Minneapolis and the mayor of St. Paul could skip arm and arm to the land of OZ, where they would fit right in, or maybe not, that would make three who would need a brain and I think the scarecrow has already claimed it, so that would leave these two mayors as they currently are NO BRAINS.
