The Vikings can shove it! I don't need all of this glitz, just give me old Met Stadium, a $5 beer in my hand, and a quality team.

When Wilf's beggars come calling you fans, just say "no thanks." What are they going to do? Play games with 10 people in the stands? The NFL cannot possibly blackout the games of a brand new stadium. Dayton once had the power to just say no. He blew it big time by caving to Goodell and Rooney. Now your wallets are targeted. What are you going to do? Be a Dayton?

Yes, the Vikings need to market this stadium to its season ticket holders that it is worth the extra money they are asking for seat licenses and ticket price increases. That being said, the Metrodome's time was passed. It was built on the cheap, and at the time met a basic covered stadium requirement , and fell short at many levels for circulation, accommodation, and accessibility. I look forward to seeing this new entity when it is complete.

If only we had a professional football team to play in this temple

"...the turf suite, a new concept for Vikings fans that will literally open up to the field as if it were your own yard. The turf underfoot will be the same turf under Peterson’s fleet feet."------ What that gushing prose doesn't point out: These will be field level, bad sight line units located in the corners of the field. Very expensive "cheap seats," as it were.

So, who determines who is too hot (open the doors) and who is too cold (close the doors)? Do I need my coat or short sleeves? Is it too cold at 65 or too hot at 75 degrees? Who gets seats with the sun at they're backs and who's sitting on the side facing into the sun? Lots of worms in this can! Lets just flood the thing and going indoor fishing!

As a season ticket holder I look forward to watching the Vikings play outdoors for 2 seasons at the Bank. But this new stadium will be awesome! I don't care how the stadium looks from the outside, I'll be watching NFL games from the inside of a brand new stadiu,. There is no way those who take jabs at the owners, the stadium or the team can burst this bubble. But I'd like to thank you for paying for this great new stadium.

I was totally against this stadium but now I am totally for it. Let's get this thing built and sell those cheap $9500 + game ticket seats sold so the normal people can have access to the cheap seats. Ohhh wait. No that isn't what I mean. Mr Wilf, .... You know what I mean. Please excuse my lack of respect for someone willing to take my money NOT ONCE,.... but THREE TIMES for the right to have a season ticket.
