not long ago I read an article about a former Detroit fire fighter who lost both his legs in the line of duty. He lost his benefits as a result of the city's financial issues...the guy lost his legs serving the city and he gets nothing...so sad what's going on there...

"Craig may have been a potential target himself when a man approached his unmarked cruiser at a stoplight. The chief didn't wait around to find out the stranger's intentions." What does that mean, he just took off? So some poor sap could be this guy's victim?
