Wild notes: No change in Harding's status

The Wild hoped the Olympic break would bring more clarity to Josh Harding’s status, but after the goalie didn’t practice Wednesday, coach Mike Yeo said there’s been no change.

I wish him all the best in dealing with M/S. But Harding needs to go on LT whatever for the salary cap, then retire at the end of the season. Strictly a business decision.

I agree mgalaforet. It's a sad story, but you can't build a team with such an big question mark.

As of today @ the deadline the Wild have 5.7 million in space. They could gain a prorated share of Harding's 1.9 million which would give them more than enough space to add a defensive player. Niskanin or Paul Martin could possibly be had from Pitt with their sudden influx of quality youth.
