Gov. Walker backs bill giving Wisconsin Legislature power to undo, rewrite academic standards

MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Scott Walker supports a proposal being rushed through the Legislature that would lead to the undoing of statewide Common Core academic standards and instead give lawmakers the power to approve new standards.

Welcome to the dumbing down of America. Won't need that new bridge pretty soon because Minnesota companies will not hire stupid people and the smart people will stay away from Wisconsin.
