155 European cities enter lucrative innovation contest created by former NYC Mayor Bloomberg

NEW YORK — Unemployment, energy efficiency and obesity are the top concerns targeted by some 155 European cities competing to out-innovate each other in a lucrative contest launched by former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, his foundation announced Wednesday.

Your photo caption incorrectly identifies the building. Mr. Bloomberg is standing in front of Nichols House, the official residence of the President of the University, not Gilman Hall.
