a win is a win. not pretty but a win.

Good win - they need to work on fundamentals, then work some more on them- catching the ball with two hands, post passing, free throws and blocking out then going after the rebound( by everybody)

That was big. Gophs were really assertive in the second half. Good win, fellas.

Not enough...NIT if we are lucky.

an ugly win counts the same. Couldn't believe how bad Austin Hollins was today. He made every mistake in the book.

this whole big ten is overrated..

Ugly but big Win. Matthieu continues to shine. Walker continues to help. Hey md56482 Austin had a big three towards the end of the game and 6 rebounds. When your starting center again only has 3 rebounds, you shoot terrible at the FT line and have double digit turn overs, Austin looks pretty good compared to many others. Is their a worst defensive player in the league then Smith? Team needs work, but a win is a win.

I agree with most here, ugly but they played great defense and shut them down the last 6 minutes or so. But, too many turnovers, poor ft shooting and other then a big 3 by Austin I don't know what to think, it's like he's in a daze out there. Nevertheless a great game by little Dre, if the rest played as hard as he did on a consistent basis this team would have a few more wins. But we won and that's all that counts.

Hands down the absolute worst end to a game I have ever seen and the overall game was not much better. This Big 10 crew should never again be able to use video replay.

As others have said, by any description, this was an ugly win. But a road win in the Big 10 is a positive, no matter how ugly it is. But there is much work to do. 17 turnovers is simply unacceptable. There has to be more support from several of the players. Beat Illinois and Penn St at home and see if they can pull an upset with one of the other three games.
