JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Prosecutors say they may retry a Florida man on first-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting of a teenager after an argument over loud music.

The only reason he started this is because he had a gun. Shooting into a car, driving away and not calling the police. What a coward.

Great that someone stands up to the thugs that do everything they can to torture others with their noise. Thugs always get away with harassing others and if anyone reacts they get in trouble.
