California farmers critical of Obama's drought relief efforts

FRESNO, Calif. — Farmers in California's drought-stricken Central Valley said the financial assistance President Barack Obama delivered on his visit Friday does not get to the heart of California's long-term water problems.

Settle down, farmers. Obama is working on making sure illegal immigrants can stay here illegally to try and buy votes. He will get back to you after the summer of recovery part six. Priorities...priorities.

Yup, It's Obama's fault that it hasn't rained. Maybe farming in a desert isn't such a good idea after all.

They farm in a desert which needs large sums of water and we have known for years that water is limited. The same goes for Arizona and Nevada. How do these states plan to meet the needs of their farmers and household drinking water in the future? Water may become the next "crisis" we have in the nation.They really need to come up with a long term solution to this problem and it needs to be for the benefit of ALL who reside in that region.
