Best wishes to Ryan. As for Rob, I expect he will also sit on his hands and do a fine job of protecting the Pohlad wallet.

All the best to TR. AS for Rob Anthony.....please fix this pathetic lineup. Not sure this team can even hit 50 home runs this year. You think this winter has been long? Just wait for the summer of 2014.

Task number 1 for Mr. Antony: Forget everything you learned under Billy Smith.

Go Rob. Not sure what you'll be able to do since Ryan will be given updates on everything and in the end he'll still be making the final decisions.

Can he see the disastrous season coming on road ahead? I'm sure he is not authorized to put on the brakes.

Just keep Bill away from player decisions.

Best wishes Terry. And Rob, PLEASE keep Billy Smith away from everything. He's done enough damage already. You don't need that kind of "help".

Although I'm not fan of Terry Ryan's, I am sorry to hear the news. Yet, I must say, after reading that he just turned 60, I'm astounded; the guy looks like he's almost 80. Perhaps that's a big reason he's in this position. These executives need to take better care of themselves. The stress (elevated cortisol levels leads to lower testosterone and elevated 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone levels, which then lead to cancer) is tremendous. He and Chuck Fletcher both have aged tremendously while on the job.

At least it isn't Billy Smith.

I was fine with Rob Antony's decision making ability until I learned his kid is one of the kids that "attends" the Online Virtual Hockey High School.
