Suspending or revoking license doesn't always deter Wis. drivers; 88,000 violations last year

APPLETON, Wis. — Tens of thousands of Wisconsin drivers continue to drive even though their licenses have been suspended or revoked.

"I don't know what the answer is, or how to send the message that you shouldn't drive," he said."------"it carries a fine of $124" .........Whats wrong with this picture? If I leave my car in a snowbank, it would cost me a minimum of $260. Make it $1240 and see if that makes a difference. I'm guessing it would.
