House vote could undo December budget cuts. - That is why your readers are such morons. The sequester cuts were already undone when the shutdown was ended. There never should have been an agreement. We already had a plan that Obama agreed to. I wish it was still shut down. It didn't affect my life one bit.

dogman, nobody did feel the sequestor cuts, much ado about nothing. It was a 2 week paid vacation for 15% of non essential government workers, the only reason the deficit for the year was cut in half was the sequestor, it should stay in place in fact we need another one.

"nobody did feel the sequestor cuts, much ado about nothing. It was a 2 week paid vacation for 15% of non essential government workers" -- you're confusing the shutdown over the lack of a budget with the across-the-board budget cuts because of the sequester agreement from the fiscal cliff

Our veterans deserve all the support they can get. Budgets should not be balanced on their backs!! However one has to ask, why pass bills if you are just going to reverse then later? Too much time is spent re-visiting past legislation. Get it right the 1st time!! Read the bills and comprehend what you are passing!!
