Water main break in Plymouth forces Armstrong High to call off classes

A water main break in Plymouth forced a west metro high school to call off classes about halfway through the school day Monday. Classes were expected to resume Tuesday.

"six feet of frost."...I know its been cold but six feet of frost? I've always been told the frost line is around 42 inches in the metro. Am I wrong?
