Visa program benefits some, but extends wait for others

Is this a joke? 12 million people stream across our borders unchecked, in fact welcomed, and some bother to worry about legal citizenship? Skip the red tape, tens of millions do.

Either get a visitor visa and never leave, or fly to Mexico and walk across the border; it will help if you have another child while here, that's the key to never being deported.
