Keeping records can help dieting

A study of people trying to lose weight found that they did better when they had to record what and how much they ate.

This is really a great way to loose weight. I started doing it and calculate the eaten callories just few days ago, but the resalt is already oblious. So I decided to keep on doing it whatever happens. Wish me luck)
