The state govt should have added a seat license fee of their own to reduce the tax payer burden and ask the users to pay more for this playground.

So $10,000 for a family of four for the privilege of watching the Vikings play football. I think I'll pass.

I am so glad I gave up my four great seats a few years ago...I was having a migraine thinking they would charge $750/seat for PSLs for the new stadium, which would have been $3000. If I had known it was going to be $2500/seat for $10000, holy crap...thank you for everyone who has the bankroll for this to experience the fun of going to the game, so I can watch at home. My wife and I are at peace.

Will raise $100mm... if people pay for them. I think it's a hard sell for educated Minnesotans. $9,000 for a license. Think about it, you could pay a $100 premium on stubhub for every ticket for every home game for the next 9 years... and still come out ahead. The economics DO NOT work out.

More fleecing and thievery from the Zigmutt and Co...thanks RT Rybak and Mark Dayton...you will go down in history as accomplices to this crime against the middle class tax payer.

With naming rights, licensing fees and the NFL contribution, the Wilf's will probably pay nothing. Do you want Dayton negotiating any other MN deals? What a gift you gave the Vikings when you elected Dayton.

Looks like it's about $38K for my four seats. No more talk about tanking games...no matter the season records.

I wish posters would stop bashing the Wilf's. They were negotiating with the government...not for it. They were not the ones charged with protecting the taxpayers. They were charged with protecting themselves...and did very well.

This brings to mind that photo of a Broncos fan, face covered with paint and absolute dejection, with the caption "I paid $3,500 for this feeling." Sports!
