Good job Wild! Nice to get the two points and have people under us losing. Now, get the break in, but please don't get "rusty"...

This game was a great way to finish going into the break! Nino and Granlund are really improving right before our eyes. It will be fun to watch our guys in the Olympics. Go USA!

How about a little sarcasm while we help the curmudgeons out this morning? :) Wild were so lucky to win last night! Nashville outplayed them badly. This team isn't a playoff team. Cripes already! Fire Yeo! Trade Koivu! In all seriousness, going into the Olympic break winning two straight and seven points ahead of Phoenix (9th place) is great. Wild will play Edmonton and Vancouver back to back out of the break and can REALLY put some daylight between themselves and 9th place. Great effort last night by the Wild. We now interrupt your regularly scheduled Wild season for the next three weeks to bring you the Olympic hockey tournament.

Nice win, Koivu should be back after the break and hopefully the future will be bring us a nice playoff streak. And now for my daily rant....PLEASE do not sit Haula in favor of Brodziak.

I turned on the Mild game and a suckfest broke out. How bad is Brodzniak? Seriously, has the guy ever seen a hockey puck before? What is the deal with Kuemper? Coughing up rebounds like no tomorrow. The Mild tried desperately to give that game away, but the Preds would not take it. The real score should have been 6-3 Preds. I'm not getting my hopes up. When the Mild get beat up and down the ice, and score a few lucky goals, it's worth not getting your hopes up and succumbing to the mediocrity that is the Minnesota Mild.

bryology, what game were you watching?

jbav8torFeb. 7, 14 7:45 AM

bryology, we OPTOMISTIC Wild fans realize that Nashville has really been surging lately. I don't know how out shooting your opponent 36 to 18, which is double, is desperately trying to give the game away. I do not think you watch most of the games from the way you talk. Kuemper has been playing great. Yes, he gives up some long rebounds to the side off of his blockers from time to time but most of them are harmless. The only thing you said that I agree with is about Brodziak.

ARRey sez: "....PLEASE do not sit Haula in favor of Brodziak." History has shown the odd man out will be Zucker.

Don't let bryology draw you offsides. He's obviously just doing bits...and bad ones at that.
