Lentil Quinoa Bolognese Sauce

This was a great recipe low in calories high in taste. I didn't have a couple ingredients. I substituted black beans for the green or brown beans and spinach for the kale. I cooked my beans and left them slightly softer than a peanut. It produced a hearty texture and gave definition to the bean rather than having it blend in with the rest of the recipe.
