The agency will offer consulting and serve as broker in land sales for the Arden Hills property under a contract with Ramsey County.

So what will become of the Blanding's turtle? When I was active with the Army Reserves there in Arden Hills the turtle was a big deal as it is an endangered species.

My biggest concern is that the site actually be cleaned to "residential standards". I have worked on St. Paul Port Authority sites before that were supposed to be clean but ended up having buried hazardous materials all over.
