Tevlin: Pencil pushers, tree-huggers see common ground at bird sanctuary

The pencil pushers deserve an Oscar for their performance on "listening" and then doing whatever the hell they want. This skill has been performed time and again at Roberts Bird Sanctuary where the pencil pushers recently conducted a 'community survey' without notifying the neighborhood association of the survey.

the one time i set foot in that sanctuary, there were a lot of guys in the woods looking for swallows but no bird watchers.
