Federal safety board: Faulty dock hooks blamed for cruise ship breaking free in Ala.

MOBILE, Ala. — A report by the National Transportation Safety Board says faulty pieces of equipment used to secure ships to docks led to a Carnival cruise ship breaking free before hitting two other vessels during a windstorm.
