Slower sales and cold weather caused dip in US home prices in December

WASHINGTON — U.S. home prices slipped from November to December, and the year-over-year increase slowed, likely a result of weaker sales at the end of last year.

I think the dip in home prices is also because of high interest rates. Nowadays many people are avoiding to buy a property, to reside as a tenant is more convenient for them.
