I'll bet the majority of folks who were in favor of legalizing weed, never imagined they were legalizing candy and drinks. Just another example of getting more than they bargained for.

As my grandma used to say " you made your bed now lie in it ." You folks voted for it. Time to reap the consequences.

i remember one time eating these little chocolate bottles that my parents got around the holidays and they didn't really taste like chocolate but they were good and man did i get sick. ok, so that didn't happen but it's not like there aren't products out there that blur the lines. good grown-ups keep their grown-up treats away from little people. besides, it's just a matter of time before they open the doors in this state.

Read a great article recently about the credit card companies refusing to work with the shops that sell mj. They are concerned about prosecution on federal drug money laundering. It's now an all cash business only--meaning less reporting and less taxes that proponents claimed out benefit the State of Colorado.

If you can't sell candy cigarettes you should be able to sell weed candy. If people want it that way they can make their own.

If this is OK, then tobacco companies should be able to bring back Joe Camel, etc.
