Dennis McGuire, raped and killed a pregnant woman, and we worry about him having 26 minutes of discomfort? Why? This guy has outlived his victim by many years already due to appeals and the long process. It is time to worry less about people who have committed such horrible crimes. His victim wasn't given nearly the amount of options he was. Don't want to die by execution? Don't rape and murder people.

Go, death penalty! Puts us in marvelous company: Afghanistan, China, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore Somalia, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Syria, Tajikistan, Tonga, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yemen. I know that because America is so "exceptional" we can't learn anything from other countries, but why do all Western European Countries, Canada, Australia, even South Africa ban the death penalty, but for some reason, the USA thinks it is a good idea?
