WASHINGTON — Federal health officials say the pain reliever in Aleve may be safer on the heart than other popular anti-inflammatory drugs taken by millions of Americans.

The one time I took Aleve, I broke out in a rash and hives all over. I'll take my chances with ibuprofen.

It may be safe and good for heart, but the experience showed me that my mind became confused and fuzzy. Look to the brain-the mind-the mood alteration. If nothing more try no meds. Use meditation or life alteration rather than chemicals. Aleve contains the ingredient that can cause big stomach irritation too.

Aleve has worked very well for me easing neck and head pain. Ibuprofen makes me very dizzy.
