BISMARCK, N.D. — One of two white supremacists accused of terrorizing residents of a small North Dakota town has pleaded guilty to lesser charges in a deal that spares him more jail time.

And here lies our justice system problem. Pleading to lesser charges instead of convicting on what they actually did. WE make a mockery of our own system. NOT the criminals.

Reverse discrimination strikes again. I would be all for this if they EVER charge a minority with a hate crime.

I think a more fitting punishment than jail time would be for him to spend 8 hours a day listening to recorded messages that remind him that he wants to believe his skin color makes him superior because in every other aspect of his life, he's a trashy loser.
