Brian Dozier was born in Mississippi and recently bought a house in Hattiesburg, where he works out with the Southern Miss baseball team and catches the occasional glimpse of local hero Brett Favre.

Where can we find 8 more guys like Brian Dozier. Each game he keep getting better and better. It was fun to watch him become the most improved and consistent play on the team.

Good read! You don't suppose he ran into Arod down in Nicaragua? Nah.

Way to go, Joe! I like the attitude, including the personal one of wanting to help those most in need. The Twins need more of these types of players who have their heart in the game and won't settle for just "good enough."

Brian and Renee sound like the 'faces' of the new-look Twins. They appear to be a nice couple and I hope they stay humble as Brian becomes an American League star.

One thing the twinks do right every year...they put together a team of class acts. And when the occasional "bump in the road" shows up he does't get to stay around long. Good luck on the up coming season Brian.

skeptik...I concur with Dozier being a good guy! What I dont get is the fact about the "occasional bump in the road not staying around long". Maybe we could use a few "bumps". I guess it gives credence to the adage.."nice guys finish last"!!
