Downtown Minneapolis could see a new 360-unit complex if developer’s timing proves right.

I am ok with that location. If I could buy it and sell it and actually have some appreciation in 5-10 yrs than that would be great. Like the old days. Buy a well built property and have slowly increasing value as time goes on.

Pity. For a brief moment I dared to hope they'd be imploding 314 Hennepin to make way for it.

TheDarkOne. This is Minneapolis you should know better. If i had to bet between them tearing 314 down and adding it to the national register of historical buildings I'd take the latter even with odds.

I would not want to own in the "entertainment" district. I would much prefer the mill district, Loring Park or Elliot Park as a location.

It's not an ugly building. It's just very bland. I wish the local developers would try out imaginative national designers. There should be more pride and motivation towards providing durable and memorable buildings. If our developer community really thinks this an outstanding proposal, I get a little scared.

We bought a condo here and have experienced disappointment with the management of the project. Buyers beware. When it comes to making selections, you are on your own and are expected to know how to provide stats and coordination between the vendors.
