Get well soon AP! You are the best.

I would think that AP is going to get a "mesh" to repair torn groin muscle. This will affect his off season workouts. Running back, on average, is the shortest career in football. Here's the ball, go run with it while 11 player try to tackle you. Go until you score, get knocked out of bounds, or tackled. Running back is also over-rated and easily replaced by a younger player that emerges from seemingly nowhere.

That was the same doctor that helped Peterson mask elevated T levels in 2012... I guess he is looking for another boost.

Sure, average running backs are indeed over-rated and easily replaced. Adrian Peterson is a once-in-a-generation type of player and is not one those average backs.

The wear and tear of AP and the downturn of his career continues. It's a fact the Vikings have to face at this point in his career. In a few short years or less we'll focus on drafting another RB.

One of the biggest problems for Peterson, is he was facing nine man fronts for the last few years, because of inadequate QB play. Reason for inadequate QB play was Spielman's refusal to give up on the Ponder experiment.

Groin injuries have got to be one of the worst! Very hard to fully recover from, and some guys never fully do...However, if anyone can beat it, it's AP...

Fact is Father Time catches up to everyone. Including Adrian Peterson. Maybe not this year. Possibly not the next. But all Vikings fans need to realize that Adrian's playing future is less than his past.
