Minneapolis Park Board considers changing date for Powderhorn fireworks

Despite Powderhorn’s long tradition, park police say they cannot oversee two shows anymore. Neighborhood will weigh the options.

It would be nice if there were fireworks on the Fourth somewhere in Minneapolis.

Why do some people act like this? Can't you just be a decent human and not riot like a bunch of animals every time there are not enough cops to keep you in line?

Does anyone have an idea to what the following statement alludes? 'In a part of town where fireworks were once used as a community identifier on street signs, maybe so'. ???
