Sooo...they're laying off finance staff, and offshoring those responsibilities to India, a country with very different laws about privacy, etc, and where employees are out of reach of American law enforcement. Gee Target, that might not work out how you think it will. or maybe that's the point...

the good news is that these poor souls can lean on unemployment for the better part of the next 18 months. And they can lean on the public health care exchanges (i.e. state and federal government) in perpetuity for health care. See - Big Government fixes everything.
