Wisconsin Senate passes bill expanding college savings plan contributors

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Senate has passed a bill that would allow more people to contribute to a student's state college savings program.

What a terrific idea! With the out of control spending and tuition increases by colleges students can use all the help they can from friends and family.

Scott Walker says that Republicans need to be seen as leaders in solving common people's problems. Here is a great example of government improving people's lives by getting out of the way.

This will bring a LOT of complaints from the left, because it takes dependency on gov't away from the students. This is how it should be. Families and friends should take care of each other, not depending on gov't for everything from birth to death.
