It's more than 3 people in Mpls who aren't happy. Someone ought to challenge Dayton in the primary, and it better not be our other stadium pusher.

A link to the opinion would be welcome, since it is not on the Supreme Court web site!

That took 10 minutes, shows how rediculous the challenge was in the first place, get out the way and lets start the build.

Way more than 3 people were denied a vote on the taxes to support a billionaire. Hopefully the fact that the case is still in the lower courts will discourage bond buyers from purchasing these securities.

The verbiage of the short article is unclear. "The court said the case does not have jurisdiction" doesn't seem to make grammatical sense in the context of the sentence.

I do live in Minneapolis and I want the stadium built! Frivolous lawsuit. Mentioning that he was a former Minneapolis mayoral candidate seems like it give him some credibility. There were about 35 candidates for Mayor. On the contrary, after having read his background, he seems quite the character. He's basically a nurse with limited knowledge of the law. Get over the stadium financing buddy.
