So do we ban vehicles, parking ramps, or fire?

Another Tesla bites the big one... And Eleanore...I think we ban heat...Anything caught being warmer than 125 degrees must be imprisoned or destroyed on the spot. No heat, no smoke-no smoke, no flame-no flame, no car fires in ramps! It's that simple...

The crooks might be having a harder time finding mugging targets during this cold weather, so they've turned to other pastimes.

Mmmmm. Heat bad. Must ban then.

There are a couple Tesla cars that park there but they are usually on the first floor physician parking.

So if we find out it wasn't a Tesla or other electric car, can we denigrate gas powered cars?

At least the Tesla were damaged by road debris. This car caught fire all by itself while not moving. Must ban hot gas engines with oil on them, and tanks full of explosive gasoline. Oh, and their wires and batteries as well.
