What a mess. I'll bet the democrats, who are solely responsible for this mess are going to run and hide from this. Especially those up for re-election. Look at what YOU'VE done to regular folks.

Just some figures, the ACA needs 20 million signed up to succeed, so far we have 6, Obama told us there were 39 million uninsured either we were misled or this will be a total disaster. The entire healthcare system changes for the 70% who liked thier health care so a scant 6 million can be covered? Everyones healthcare is going up and more out of pocket costs coming too, please remember who brought you this in November.

It's try that the Democrats are solely responsible for the ACA. That's because the Republicans contributed nothing, except to try repeatedly to kill it while offering no alternatives. The Republican efforts included over 30 pointless votes in the House to defund the ACA, a government shut down and a near default on the the Federal debt. Perhaps if the Republicans had offered a plan of their own or (gasp) worked with the Democrats in a bipartisan effort, the ACA would be a better law.

localguy, what a crock, the Democrats never entertained any GOP ideas the whole thing was done behind closed doors with back room deals and payoffs to projects in return for votes. The GOP has offered many ideas on healthcare, buying across state lines, Tax free health savings accounts, voluntary purchasing pools, transparancy and payment reform, refundable tax credits, electronic medical records, tort reform, the list goes on and on. The ACA will fold under its own weight.

localguy, You should bring you complaint to Harry Reid who would not allow ANY GOP bills for consideration. You really need to educate yourself because you are way off with your comment.
