If this isn't a prime example of the need for a carbon tax so that we can control the weather and climate I don't know what is. These kind of extreme's have never occurred before, isn't this obvious? It is up to mankind to take back the harness on weather and climate and regain control. (/sarcasm if you couldnt tell)

what happened? the governor didnt close schools in northern mn. Must only need to be done if it happens in the metro.
