Nice to get a win. The ball moved well tonight. For tonight anyway, Burke was a rookie and Rubio looked much more confident and polished. Martin sure tailed off in the third quarter, though. Bench as a whole couldn't make a basket. I sure would like to see Dieng and Muhammad get to play with the first team. Dieng, in his three minutes in the half, didn't embarrass himself. In garbage time it's hard to get a read on what Muhammad really can do. Anyway, the key will be how the Wolves come out Tuesday in Salt Lake City. Tough place to play, against a team that will be mad.

For the record, the Wolves are 19-21, not 19-20 like the article says. We need a shot blocker, yet Adelman lets Dieng fester on the bench all year. Exactly how does that help us, Rick? The bench was woeful yet again, with 8 players getting a total of 6 foul shots. Our "power forward", Daunte Cunningham, was a routine 0-0 from the charity stripe. Daunte, anybody can sit there and jack up jumper after jumper. That is of no value to us. You must expand your game and attack the rim. Quit settling for jumpers all the time. Attack, man, attack! When you get your man in the air, create contact, get fouled, and go to the line. Don't avoid contact. KG used to do that, too. He also rarely shot free throws. Your game is so limited offensively I really wonder why they keep throwing you out there.

Great idea Manolive...let's call for Cunningham to do things he's not all that good at. Next thing you know you'll have Pek running the point and Rubio posting up. Cunningham is their to set screens, play defense, rebound and take the occasional jump shot. There is nothing in his history that suggests he is a driving foul drawing type of player.

wake me up when they win four in a row against contenders. And look at the scoring, three guys with the bulk of it, everyone's in the league is making moves and deals, there is not even a rumor of one with the wolves, where is flip anyway.

A 30 + pt. blow-out the entire 2nd half and Bazz gets 6 minutes of Daunte and Shevd jacking up shots! This is getting absurd. But then again, maybe he is an atrocious practice player. All i've heard is that he practices as hard as anyone. If you're not going to play him - and last night was a pretty good indication that they are not - why not keep him D where he can play?!?!? And Dieng - very raw and very much in need of D time as well.

The only trade rumor I keep seeing is wolves dealing Love to LA in off season (before draft). We get Gasol and other pieces/picks (2 or 3 way trade). Never say never!

I did see this rumor on a Rockets blog: Trading center Omer Asik to Wolves and Nikola Pekovic going to another team (3 way trade?). I have seen mention of a Rubio trade also.
