Good to see someone is finally sticking up for the residents of Minneapolis whose voice was snuffed out thanks to the charter override.

wow can you say opportunity lost! Chance in front of supreme court and you don't even hire an attorney. Prideful.

Gosh, if the faux-thority is angry at its own fellow citizens for trying to expose illegal activity via the legal system, I wonder how mad the faux-thority must be at the Wilfs?! The Wilfs have been using the legal system for 20 YEARS to hide illegal activity on their part and are STILL DOING IT! These three Minnesota citizens are only trying to expose illegal activity. The faux-thority must live in bizarro-world.

Get over it. The stadium will be built. Go move to North Dakota. Minneapolis is a major city with an NFL team like most other major cities. You l8vr in America. You picked the wrong place to live if you're upset over this.

Mann seems to be finding any way he can to get publicity. People have to be naive if they think he cares about them.

The "Authority" is being administered by amateurs whose bloated paychecks are dependent on the fraud being committed on Minnesotans. It is enough to make Dayton a one-term Governor. If the GOP can put up a candidate -- many times less repulsive than Tom Emmer -- I'll hold my nose and cast a vote against Dayton. This stadium fiasco is unforgivable. His only hope for a second term is if the Supreme Court bails him out of this mess.

What comes across pretty clearly is that the MSFA and the DMB don't like the public playing in their sandbox. If the suit is as meritless as they claim then why hasn't the court thrown it out before now? Possibly because they see there just might be some validity to the arguments. "...disrupt the delicate timing of the bond issue.."? Give me a break. It's been postponed a half dozen times already. They were perfectly willing to put everything on hold while they were looking at the Wilf's finances. Just because Kelm-Helgen's group has run out of money that's no reason to dismiss the case. I and I'm sure many others would like them to delay everything until they can explain how the bonds will be repaid now that we found out that the dedicated tax that's supposed to pay them off is coming in below projections. That's going to end up being a far bigger problem than the lawsuit. Once again we see them frantically trying to get this project moved to a point where it can't be stopped or even reviewed which is reason enough to stop and review it.

The sad commentary is that no local attorneys have stepped up to give these citizens a hand. The ones that I've chatted with wont touch this case with a ten foot pole... not because it doesn't have merit, but because they do so much business with state and local gov'ts that they expect retribution if they speak or act up. I can think of no better example of how overreaching Minn. gov't has become.

The Wilfs have been dragging through the courts for 20year to hide their illegal, activity. I hope it does not take 20 years for the Supreme Court to expose this illegal activity.

Mr. Mann is a vexatious litigant. This term is defined as: "A legal action or proceeding initiated maliciously and without Probable Cause by an individual who is not acting in Good Faith for the purpose of annoying or embarrassing an opponent." This is an unemployed gentleman who has less than no vested interest, or authority, in this matter. That alone is grounds for dismissal of this farce of a lawsuit. I think I speak for most Minnesotans when I say that I look forward to an expeditious end to this parlor trick which is wasting taxpayer dollars. If he's not careful, Mr. Mann will be stuck with a rather large bill if the surety bond is approved.
