Second surge of wind gusts whip up snow; I-94 reopens

Winds topping 50 mph and heavy snow swept across northwestern Minnesota, causing many vehicles to slide off roads and prompting the closure of several major highways.

Talk about not knowing your state! There is even a U of M campus in Crookston! Just goes to show you how everyone thinks Minnesota ends just north of the cities.

@bosshog Everyone knows anything north of 694 is Canada, South of 494 is Iowa, West of 494 is Dakota, East of 694 is where the Packers come from.
