Sides hone arguments in Minnesota Vikings stadium lawsuit in filings to state Supreme Court

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The government authority in charge of constructing the new Minnesota Vikings stadium claimed in a legal brief filed Thursday that the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit is trying to disrupt it with "endless litigation," and asked the state Supreme Court to shut him down.

"mismanagement and poor decisions." both are true. But since most major metro markets that have major league sports teams tend to cave in to them when negociating stadiums and in this case have to deal with a stupid design concept but also owners who lack the dignity to make good on business decisions gone bad. A lose, lose situation.
