Thank you Mister Tilsen. The only way for this to be thrown out is if the powers that be threaten the SC members. It is there in black and white. Do the right thing judges.

Win or lose, Mr. Tilsen, be comforted by the certainty that what you're doing has far more public support than you will ever know. There are few of us who would take on the challenge of confronting the army of politicians and lawyers arrayed against you. It is a sad irony that the public must depend on selfless ordinary citizens like yourselves to represent their interests rather than their own elected officials. At a minimum you and the Manns deserve your case being heard in court. I pray that the justices grant you that opportunity.

Fifth line, first word, "billionaires" It tells all. That is why you are doing this. Some call it resentment against the wealthy.

The inflammatory rhetoric of billionaires, wealth, lobbyists, etc detract from the argument...if there is one. It the facts are supportive of his position, why not just state them?

If you are so sure you are correct, then there is no "bet" as you put it. Your petition will be denied because your position is legally incorrect.

The reason "billionaires" is relevant is because this is being done for their benefit and their benefit alone. If every other person who used the Metrodome for the "300+ non-Vikings events throughout the year" had joined together to ask for anew stadium, but the Wilfs said they were fine with the Dome, there would be no new stadium. Disagree? Who's collecting the naming rights revenue for the "Peoples' Stadium"? The billionaires are. Still disagree? Ted Mondale: "The whole reason we're doing this is so the team can make money".

People like this make me sick. Really. No real argument at all. Not sure what they do all day, but it doesn't look promising.
