Now all they have to do is reduce drug penalties and legalize Marijuana to free up a little prison space, and they'd be set for more sex offenders in prison.

Transferring the MSOP Program to what is now the prison in LINO Lakes will save the State Millions of dollars for the revaluations of the detainees coming which I predict here will release about 500 of MSOP'S 760+ "Clients" who are Low Risk State Victims themselves whether they are sex offenders or not.
