It’s been nearly two years since Rick Adelman fielded 15 able-bodied players. Now who gets to play and who sits?

Barea , Shved and Cunningham are a huge part of one of the weakest benches in the NBA. Any are replaceable, and Rick should try others in their place. Barea is inconsistent with his shot, and is careless with the ball. Shved is the worst shooter on the team, although he has been shooting better lately. Cunningham gives you great defense, but one dimensional offense as he refuses to attack the rim or get to the line. Mix it up, Rick. You have youngsters on the bench eager to contribute, and wondering why they never got the chance. Don't be afraid to experiment. The fans demand it!

quantity over quality isn't always a good thing & I think most would agree our quantity sucks. I'd add Mbah a Moute(spelling?) to the three listed in the comment above. To think we gave up the #2 pick from 2+ years ago to acquire a very marginal player. Add to that how Trey Burke is playing & the lack of a heart beat from any of the rookies we traded Burke for & FLIP has done a lousy job so far!!!!! Burke sure would look nice as a back-up or a starter as it appears Rubio has shown very little improvement. jmho as a Wolves fan.

Adelman: "We have defensive players, and we have offensive players, but the two don’t meet and that makes it real hard. What do you do? How do you win games?" You have to experiment, coach. You must try new things to see if they are more effective than what you've been doing. I understand you want to play the "match-ups," but the whole point of playing the "match-ups" is to give your team an advantageous "match-up." IMO, JJ Barea does not match-up well with anyone on defense. Why not play Shved at the back-up PG spot. It may be a advantageous match-up for the team, and allow Shabazz the opportunity to show what he can do as the back-up SG. Just a thought. Experiment now, and you might just find a "match-up" that helps us out.
